Summary:
Human's sister had terrible cooking, got sick, human asked a fae to heal her, fae's request is for the human's firstborn, but they never specified where that firstborn had to come from. That fae's mother, after hearing what happened, says "Congratulations, you two are engaged."

And there's been a good number of videos after that involving that family - including a pet chupacabra (who I think is empowering the human based on one of the videos)....
