I am a user that uses AI to create images, I saw nothing in the rules against it but are there guidelines to using it here?

I will label all my images as AI generated because the last two commissions ripped me off and gave me highly compressed .jegs so thats why i use AI now. If it's not acceptable please let me know. Thanks!

I'll let Dopy have the final word, but I think we used to have a rule against that some time ago - and there's still a fair number of users who are not fans of generative AI as a whole.

I would personally be very careful as a number of AI generation models used to (and may still) have a major problem with art theft and plagiarism, which is forbidden in the rules.

I remember someone using an AI pic for their pfp and it was removed by the mods and staffs here, so they have to use actual pics for their pfp now.

Personally, I really don't approve of using generative AI. If you can't draw and can't afford commissions / requests, I'd suggest character creator apps, like Hero Forge.

I see. Welp i changed it because i kinda had that feeling it might not go down well. I totally understand your point though, unill i have time to find some good real stuff I'll change it. And thanks for letting me know, much appreciated ^~^
