Where do you get it, what's the name ? I'll try to find it... I HOPE I can grind for it...
I thinks it's from an event, but you should be able to buy it from guild traders.
Not ESO, but good old Skyrim. Modded to hell and back, including a hyena player model.
And what type of game-play?
1. Down an ale (for bonuses!).
2. Pull out a greatsword.
