Yayy! I can create shortcuts for voice commands! Just made one that opens my furry folder directly, so I can pick images to post easier. :]

That's actually pretty nifty Gui :o you seem like the frog to have everything neatly sorted and named too. Doesn't it feel odd to talk to technology though? (I never got used to it personally, but more power to you if you don't have some weird blockage)

Try sitting behind a desk with your fingers tented as you call out the voice commands, maybe that will help :P

Easy to get pink eye around these parts, hmmhmm

Though judging by everything that happens here, that's not surprising 😝

Hey Wuff~ Regarding my organizational skills, on a scale from 1 to 10, I'd say I'm a... 3, or 4. XP I do try to sort stuff through folders, but more often than not, I find myself downloading or creating stuff in folders I tend to open more frequently than duly named ones.

As for talking to tech, I have mixed opinions. "Alexa, turn on the TV. Turn on the lights. Open my door. Breathe my air. Be me." NOPE, not for me. In this particular case, though, I'm using voice controls to type and navigate my PC these days to give my hands a break due to RSI, so it's turning out more as something useful to me than a gimmick. Of course, despite the occasional glitches, e.g. the software not always recognizing my last word when I say "start scrolling up/down", having to spell out random three-digit numbers so it doesn't think I'm saying '100 14' instead of '114', and so on =w=

Hmhm for home automation, I absolutely wouldn't want to rely on a company like Amazon, like an always spying eye of Sauron XD... giggles I would rather use something like Linux and raspberry pi thingy :3

BUUUTT

Oh you JUST wait until more companies release better and lighter ar/vr headsets, THEN you will control the computer with your voice and eyes!

That or someone should repurpose, say, one of those old Xbox Kinect tracking devices, to also use air gestures! Woah!

I heard about people not even being able to enter their homes in Portugal last year during the blackout in the Iberian Peninsula, due to reliance on electronic locks

Woah, really? That's so silly XD

Maybe they should have used the emergency key under the suspiciously placed rock beside the entrance :P

Hiii musical Frog :3!

That's honestly fair, avoiding RSI and all! Have you found any tasks to be more efficient with voice Commands? :D I am intrigued!

Also Spilo makes a good point. I hope there can be even better ways of resting your valuable hands!
