I used to hang out with others there back in 2006 or so, during my froglet phase. The Sonic fandom was the seed to my eventual engagement with furries a decade later

and eeee, that's so sweet! I love hearing furry origin stories, especially when it involves other furry adjacent fandoms like Sonic or MLP, or in my case, that Skunk Fu dude!

the Sonic fandom has led many a person to the furriness, which is something to be appreciated :3

I think they just liked that place and settled there. They produce silliness, friendliness, coziness, and all the good nesses~

But yeah, I was browsing some ancient galleries earlier today, and it just warmed my heart seeing just how deep the history of the furry fandom and all its aspects (even the naughty ones) go. I wish I had been there to comment on those artworks too O!O
