Time for a new project!

These look flippin amazing! Oh I can absolutely say I’m beyond excited for your new project Unknown!

Havn't posted on here for a long while!

I thought I'd share my latest work, a minotaur wrestler for a game called Rumbleslam. I'm not sure if I like it or not, the finer points of shading elude me, I think.

Also, I need to find a better matt varnish, one that isn't so shiny, the one thing it's not meant to be!

Ooh, nice. I wanna get into Warhammer 40k, any advice on painting miniatures?
Fantastic! I got my start years ago painting the Imperial Guard for Warhammer 40k. I now paint Tau.

As for advice, make sure to thin your paints before applying them to miniatures. So many headaches can be saved by making sure your paint isn't too thick. Get yourself a dirt cheap palette, put a blob of point of whatever colour you're going to use on it and then apply a little water to it until it's thin enough to use BUT not so thin that it's basically coloured water, because that will just drip down the miniature.

My big piece of advice is relax and don't worry about making superb miniatures from the start. I'll have to dig out my old guardsmen, they are rough, but it's a learning process. You're first set of miniatures are there for you to get experience with putting paint from brush to miniature.

Let me know if you need help with anything, I'm always happy to give advice! :)

Thank you so much.

I've been curious about Star Wars: Legions, that looks fun! Have you painted miniatures for that?

Salamanders is a good choice to start with. They are tricky to kill, hit hard up close and are a good starting army to paint too.
